Detailed work quotes, worked efficiently. Great Clean-up.  This group completely rebuilt a custom fence that had rotted, repaired the damaged supporting brick wall, sunk new footings with a new 4c4 footing liner,,added L-braces. Followed a “fussy” custom design—called it “”easy Peasy”. They tore out a termite damaged basement window, put in new frame knocked out and saved the old window and work is plumb and CLEAN. Finally they found a rotted corner of the main house sill—discussed damages in detail, and with no delay installed a temporary treated lumber support and got the work covered with new trim so water infiltration does not worsen rot while financing for a definitive repair can be worked out. Did all this in under 2 days with a very polite and professional crew. I can say enough. Thrilled and already planning to use them for 2 upcoming jobs.THANK YOU S&K Reece Construction. Sonny met me to review my list and determine the amount of time and labor it would take to accomplish my wish list.  The day of my appointment, two trim carpenters arrived, introduced themselves and walked through my list to make sure everyone was on the same page.  They knocked out it out and cleaned up before reviewing the work with me.  Great guys, very professional.  I had a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.
